Chief Nurse Executive Karen Grimley shares her work of helping nurses to promote her organization’s wellness program, “A Safer You.” It provides initiatives for a safe environment, both physical and psychological. She also discusses the necessary partnership with nursing staff to implement strategies and innovations throughout health systems to have better patient outcomes. Her work focuses on building connections with collegiate programs, and other health systems all while learning how to keep her sense of humor and humanity.
